Returns & Refunds Policy

Our items are custom made and printed just for you. We can not offer returns unless the item is defective. We DO NOT offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues. 

We strongly recommend that you measure a shirt normally worn, and then purchase the size that is closest to those measurements in our size guide. Each shirt is made to order. 

Please refer to our size guide to make sure your garment will fit. If you are unsure we recommend ordering a size up.  

We will offer a replacement (same product & size) if the item is faulty, and you have 14 days to report this. We do not accept returns or exchanges if you want a different size or colour, so please check the size guide before ordering. However, we will work with you until you’re happy (we usually provide a discount for a new order). We are not responsible for incorrect quantities ordered. Original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund and you are responsible for return shipping costs. We will replace any items that get lost, unless provided address is incorrect.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges if you want a different size or colour, so please check the size guide before ordering.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

You have a window of 2 hours to cancel your order. After this we cannot edit or cancel orders.

My Order Hasn't Arrived?

We class any orders that have not arrived in 20 business days (30 days for some locations) as lost. We cannot replace any orders before this timeframe has passed.

We do not issue refunds if an order goes missing in the post, instead we only issue replacements. 

It is YOUR responsibility to collect packages if they get delivered to a Parcel Shop or Delivery/Post Office. If they get returned to us, you will be responsible for any fees or charges. No refunds will be given if your order gets returned - however we will re-ship whenever possible, we may ask for a shipping fee.

Lost Orders

If your order is lost in the post (this does unfortunately happen sometimes) and it is not the fault of the address, then we will issue a replacement order free of charge. No refunds are given for packages lost in the post. We issue replacements only.

My Item Arrived Faulty or Not as Expected

If an item is deemed faulty we will issue a replacement completely free of charge to the address supplied when ordered. We will not issue refunds for faulty items. We issue replacements only.

What type of inks do you use? Are they earth friendly?

We use only eco friendly water base inks and cleaners in our process.


Do you really hand print the tEE shirts?

Yes! We hand print every shirt in the beautiful Principality of Liechtenstein.
